Federal judge dismisses Stormy Daniels’ libel case against President Trump

A federal judge in California on Monday dismissed a defamation lawsuit adult film star Stormy Daniels filed against President Donald Trump, ruling the president’s criticism of Daniels was protected by the First Amendment.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, filed the suit in April after Trump described her as a “con job” in a Twitter post. The president was reacting to a claim by Daniels that a man threatened her over her allegations of a sexual encounter with Trump 12 years ago.

The Dumpster gets his way in California, laws there are lax just like their airport, why not keep the trial close to home such as in New York, he would have been found guilty of abuse of a porn star. WTG California, when your earth shakes and rattles this will be a sign of evil showing its thorny head as you have given to this Prez, who is a dysfunctional child in a body of a man that has not known pain, he will suffer from his evil ways, it is Karma as they call it, it is NOT over till the fat lady sings, right? Your waters will become polluted even with the new technology, people will die from the consumption of corruption in your area of the world. May God show his wrath to those who relish in doing bad deeds to those who speak the truth. Oh well it looks good on California, fires burned and will continue to do so, your hills have nothing to sustain the growth of the land as many trees have been burned and mud slides will be a horror story to be told and we will say ** aww, poor california, with their porn industry, protected by demons of unknown quantity, you have gotten what you deserved** bye bye la, blah blah blah,

Trump should sue her for breach of contract. She was payed to keep the affair private but years later went public to defame Trump. What Trump does in his private life is his business, not the worlds.

Ha ha, that's awesome. It amazes me at all the stupid idiots we've got running ramped in this world. It's almost too much to bear and I can't help but ask myself WTF is the issue with people like this? This woman is an issue. And just one of way too many issues in this country and even world. And it doesn't look as though we are going to find a solution to these issues anytime in the near future so sadly, we are all going to continue to suffer. That kinda figures. Cheers to the next life, may it be better then the current one. Amen.

M A G A = My Attorney Got Arrested !!! Plus, guilty pleas from 4 former Trump aides: George Papadopoulos, Paul Manafort, Rick Gates, and Michael Flynn. So keep pretending Trump is looking out for your best interest. Conman extraordinaire has been laundering Russian money for decades since US banks wouldn't lend to him due to 6 bankruptcies. Sad, he has so many Trumpettes guzzling his lies and believing his rhetoric.
